Frans' deletions break to much, make them stop *now*

Hi,

The past week I have spent approx 7 hours a day to fix the fallout of those deletions.
Frans doesn't want to listen to reason he keeps saying that broken builds and broken feeds are good. I disagree.

So please make a statement that randomly deleting stuff without testing or review isn't what the TSC wants.

Making a commit in OE and fixing it the next day doesn't mean the problems are gone, for e.g. openssl I'm still finding things that need rebuilding and a PR bump to fix the feeds again. That is *NOT* fun.
