Oh, they are being updated while we type, please have another look
at report to pkg-fso-maint at lists.alioth.debian.org what you are missing.
The longer the chain of packages is, and the more the newer packages all
depend on the very latest versions of some other package
out there, that may not yet be in the distribution, the more the
user-relevant packages are being delayed. There is just always someone
on vacation or otherwise busy which delays things.
