285 is the correct DPI size for the Openmoko GTA01/GTA02 touchscreen,

Each "solution" reported on the list so far are just workarounds.  FWIW,
it seems that most of the members of the Debian freesmartphone.org team
prefer the ~/.Xsettings one (read the full bug above).
