No, I made observation errors. EKEV is generated but before frameworkd is fully
working (and it takes some times), it does not see the EKEV.

This is fully working after the delay for frameworkd to be fully started.

This is the same error observation : shutdown does not works well while
frameworkd is still starting.

By the way there is a small thing to change in freescale channel.py :
it should be modemStateSimUnlocked instead of simReadyNow

here is the patch (that also put the charge on)
