[Smartphones-userland] [ANNOUNCE] Talk about Debian and Openmoko at the forthcoming DCC-IT08

Hi all!

A bit off-topic, but since I don't blog an announcement is needed.

I'll give a talk/BoF about Debian and Openmoko this Saturday 13th at the
Italian Debian Community Conference 2008 [1].  The outline is:

1) Openmoko:
   a) brief history
   b) Neo 1973
   c) Neo FreeRunner
   d) future devices
   e) distributions

2) Debian:
   a) "simple" why
   b) resources (Alioth, Debian/Openmoko wikis, IRC)
   c) HowTo (AKA how the script works)
   d) status (AKA what works in Debian)
   e) future development (software, d-i, etc.)

Eventually, the slides will be available at [2] and the video recording
at [3] (not yet working).
