Yes, that's certainly interesting. Usually the cell ID we are camped to comes 
with the Status signal. 

However, we could add something like

GetCellStatus() -> a{sv} that returns the one and only cell we are booked in 
with the signal strength (this works on all systems) + multiple further cells 
with signal strength (on systems where we have access to these information, 
e.g. TI Calypso Engineering mode).
