Logging for frameworkd

Yes, I have meant to do that eventually, but I'd be glad if you could do it, 
since I have too many other things on my list.

Some recommendations:

* One default logger per subsystem please,
* Read configuration to enable/disable and set the default output of a 
subsystem logger,
* If possible, make LOG a frontend method to use the subsystem default logger, 
so we don't have to rewrite all the dozens of LOG statements all over the 
code.

Once you have done this, I will add a dbus API to frameworkd to change logger 
output @ runtime, this might be handy to debug users problems in the field.
