Can't make a phone call

Hello,

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I can't make a single phone call
using ogsmd. It used to work though.

The command Initiate succeed, but then I never get any 'outgoing'
signal.

From the debug output I guess there is something wrong :
 |...|...|...|...|...|...|...|...> CallChannel._handleUnsolicitedResponse: ENTER (['NO CARRIER'],),{} 
 |...|...|...|...|...|...|...|...> CallChannel._handleUnsolicitedResponse: LEAVE 


I wrote a small test script that run a few tests (in framework/test,
commit :4a43f4ef7b12d78f3c855a113ffcd9958ae85a78)

The script also shows that turning the antenna power on sometime fails
with a timeout error.

Mickey, can you give it a look please ? Do I forget something in the
test script ?
