Generic and Restricted SIM access

Since I need this for reading the O2/Genion home zone data, I have just added 
and implemented generic and restricted SIM access. I have specified two 
different functions for it as seen in:

Thomas, is the sufficient for your application needs or do we need to improve 
it?
