Ok, thanks for your proposal. Three questions (please bear with me, I did not 
have time to read up on that...):

1.) How to differenciate when to use +CSIM and +CRSM in the implementation?
2.) How to transfer the bulk syntax +CSIM uses into a +CRSM call (if we chose 
to use this one instead of +CSIM).
3.) Can you point me to some example calls-answer tuples for using the CSIM 
and CRSM commands? 07.07 is incredibly brief on that and 11.11 does not help 
much either ;)
