I meant such an reference counter...

I have implemented a very simple power-control to gypsy, and by that i
have noticed some problems. We can't just power on GPS and use it. For
GTA01 we have to make the device node, use this node and after that we
can start gllin.
I implemented this allready in gypsy, but the code isn't so good. :-(
