Hi,

Just thought I'd add my 2p. It would be nice/useful if 

org.freesmartphone.GSM.Network.xml

also provided access to surrounding cell id's and their strengths. This would 
allow simple triangulation and the ability to map cell-id's to locations. I'm 
thinking about things like having a profile on the device change triggered by 
cell-id's and mapping cell-id's to general gps locations.
