org.freesmartphone.GSM.SIM

As we discussed last month, I have moved the low level phonebook and message 
storage API to org.freesmartphone.GSM.SIM. I think it looks pretty good. One 
question though, now it only contains functions to retrieve, store, and 
delete entries (both phonebook and messages).

Do we want 
* SendMessage
* MessageSent
* IncomingMessage

as a part of org.freesmartphone.GSM.SIM or will we leave that exclusively to 
org.freesmartphone.GSM.SMS ?
