Well, I just criticize the terms that has been selected by the
industry ;-) I started a collection of terms in here:

Anyway, if we choose to use MS we could use UE as well. According to
3GPP: """A Mobile Station (MS) corresponds to a User Equipment
(UE). See 3GPP TS 24.002.""" (source: 3GPP TR 21.905). There's no
explanation which one should be used in which context.

Sorry but I don't understand this comparison. There's pretty much no
software related to bridge between baseband and application
processor. Usually there's some kind of signalling system and/or
shared memory. And that's all hardware related, e.g. OMAP and
Freescale architecture. We are speaking of software layer in here
after all.
Could you try to add some description over here:

Yep. We need to decide how to pick up the name. As I have
understood there are two possibilities for host name:
- org.freesmartphone
- org.openmtl
, and few options for software layer namespace:
- Telephony
- MS
- UE
These converge to following list (in shuffled order):
org.freesmartphone.UE
org.openmtl.MS
org.freesmartphone.MS
org.openmtl.Telephony
org.openmtl.UE
org.freesmartphone.Telephony
We need to select one. I propose that we vote and give points: 3
points to the best one and 2 points to second best and 1 point to
third. Ok?
