    ogsmd: ok, so my basic low-level parser is out of its depth now that we want to deal with
    multiline unsolicited responses (+CBM and friends)... So, here's an experimental state-based
    parser for lowlevel AT parsing. Disable by default until I have more time to test.
    Until then, +CBM will not be completed.
