otapi/org.freesmartphone.GSM.SMS|SIM: change API (sorry, but you knew it wasn't finalized ;)
Basically, the low level message and phonebook storage API is now a part of the 
org.freesmartphone.GSM.SMS. Note: there is a temporary duplication wrt. SMS and Phonebook which will 
be cleaned up asap
