[OE stablebranch] [RFC] bugzilla to ml triggers, stablebranch-issues@ ml?

Hello,

Rolf implemented the backport flag and auto-generated messages
whenever a patch backport is request (changed?) in bugzilla.

On one hand we don't want to spam the stable mailing list with
bugzilla triggers. It should be low-traffic.

One the other hand having a trigger emailed to a ml might help some of
us, much like oe-issues@ is used now.

Is it senseful to create a different mailing list for the backport
triggered emails? The proposal is "stablebranch-issues@" as it might
be used for purposes other than the backport flag later.
