[OE stablebranch] [Review] Fix mtd-utils(-native) revision in stable?

Hello,

we don't want any upstream package to be able to influence our stable
tree, so no HEAD revisions in .stable.


By inspection...

org.openembedded.stable/conf/distro/include$ grep -rn -e mtd sane-src*

...I think we are using a GIT version of mtd-utils, correct?

(I didn't have time to build-test this assumption).

Can we fix the revision to use mtd-utils-native-1.1.0?
