[OE stablebranch] where to download stable branch tar ball

Hi Uli,

I have "pull"-ed from openembedded.org using a tool named "connect" from
http://www.meadowy.org/~gotoh/projects/connect
to prepare a connection to my http proxy.

But thank you for your response, I don't know there is a git mirror
there before.

Also, as specified by Koen on April 7th, the snapshots in
http://www.openembedded.org/snapshots/
update everyday, that is a simpler solution, since it costs much
less time to download a 130mb file than to search the solutions.
