That's a fair point, although (as far as I can tell from the
translation, which isn't always that easy to understand) our statutes
don't currently require any particular quorum for GAs anyway.

Sounds good to me. I will instruct my proxy to vote in favour of such a
motion if it is presented at the GA. :-)
