Patch fixing mediastreamer2

I noticed that linphone 1.6.0 does not build with the most recent speex
library anymore. I found a gentoo patch from which the attached one is
derived (see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=222475).

Note that Bug 4307 (speex) needs to be fixed for this patch to work.
