mtn diff for x11vnc recipe

x11vnc uses XTEST xserver extension for injecting mouse and keyboard events
into X. See for details:

Recipe in .stable branch misses libxtst dependency, and if built from scratch,
resulting x11vnc works in view-only mode. After adding libxtst to deps all
input works automagically and i can happily use my h2200 remotely.

Since recipe in .dev identical to .stable one, it needs this fix too. 
FYI, in .dev x11vnc recipe is located in packages/vnc
