Put headers we stage into the install image too

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #3897 +++

The mtd-utils_1.0.0+git.bb file copies a number of header files over to the
staging directory.  It does not however, copy them over to the install.  This
means that any SDK type export of this package is missing headers.  The
attached patch fixes that.

The attached patch here is correct the first time, unlike in the original bug.
