The gdb-cross packages for both 6.6 and 6.8 include the sim-install-6.6.patch
and early_debug_in_nptl.patch patches while the corresponding SDK versions do
not.  This seems wrong.  If we need the patches in the regular cross package,
we need them in the "SDK" builds too, yes?
