I have no idea - I thought about it too, but never too seriously. I would say
some part of kernel - but that's just a guess. I tried looking for that in
kernel sources but never knew exactly where to start searching. If you find it
out - let me know - I can try working on that - reset is a useful feature. 

PS. You can looking at h2200-port archives at handhelds.org  - I guess Joshua
mentioned something about it.
