Added -lm to LDADD variable to {cgi-fcgi,examples}/Makefile.am.

In the process removed the empty do_compile() in the .bb file. Not sure why
this was in there.

If it was a hack for something it should have been commented as such in the
.bb.
I hope it wasn't glibc related. Build tested on uclibc.
