Please do not intervene with Angstrom release bug maintenance, it's for
Angstrom developers only. However, if you want to learn basic principles, a bug
is not recommended to block more than 1 bug unless really necessary, as
otherwise it's hard to overlook bug tree (which won't be tree any longer). This
issue was reported for collie, specific to it (as there're per-machine
defconfigs), and its resolution also, so no need for other dependencies except
1, which is needed.
