I committed 213c582b00d27a563e968bbcd4a9c276301fc7cc to include the .inc file
for jamvm.  Compilation succeeds now.  During compilation I received a
notification about the following packaging error.

NOTE: the following files were installed but not shipped in any package:
NOTE:   /usr/lib/rt.jar
