I'd probably prefer not to do this. The only things that are really shared are
the header information - the .inc file contains loads of stuff which isn't used
for 5.8.8 which is why I eventually made it totally separate.

The ideal things would be to delete 5.8.7 and 5.8.4 - they use totally
different build system which is annoying to keep around.

For now what I would support is deleting 5.8.4, moving all of the 5.8.7
specific stuff out of the .inc file into the 5.8.7.bb and then using the .inc
file with just the common information for both 5.8.7 and 5.8.8.
