Attached is my attempt at a cleaned er0100.conf machine config for our iLiad
eReader.

I'm sure this is not correct yet, but Koen promised to be nice to me and help
me fix it :)

I'll be putting a distro 'ereader' and a kernel 'linux-er0100' as well
