Yes, patch got lost. If you need it then please adapt it to current version and
test.

Why it got lost? Because we (OpenedHand) did not tested it (Poky req gcc 3.x)
and current qemu is known to work on 32 and 64bit machines which was not true
for any qemu present in OE.
