I have committed the package (#2e54381567b1f0b7bfc5f9032b394a001112093a),
although it fails to build on efika, which was the first build target i tried.
Main reason is that by end of September (Astricon time) 1.2 will be obsolete.
Since its DEFAULT_PREFERENCE is -1, we can work on it without causing problems
