As workaround you can move selinux.h out of /usr/include/selinux/, compile lsof
and move it back.
This way the configure script does not find the header file and disables
selinux support for compiling.
I still think about a proper fix for that. But all solutions I can came up with
would patch or sed out the selinux support in the configure script. I would
prefer a sane er solution for that. Will take some time.
