Synergy lets you easily share a single mouse and keyboard between multiple
computers with different operating systems, each with its own display, without
special hardware. It's intended for users with multiple computers on their desk
since each system uses its own monitor(s).
In short, with synergy you can control your handheld with your computer mouse
and keyboard...
I patched synergy 1.3.1 to compile with diet-x11 (XIM support had to be
discarded). I also split the pacvkage in two parts (client and server).
The synergy client was successfully tested on a simpad, but should work on any
handheld (please send me some feedback if it doesn't)
The synergy server is of little use if you don't have a pointer/mouse that
allows you to go beyond your screen (most handhelds have styluses): One usually
runs the server on a PC or workstation.
