For now I made it depend on util-linux, commited in rev 
017c3ffd1c96ca1b16861d10ad29498330a2fcfe.

As mention another option would have been to enable getopt in busybox, make
busybox and util-linux provide getopt, and then make fakeroot depend on getopt
instead.
