Diffutils update to use alternatives for diff in rev
4e2152324702b8da09ba81f5bfccb916fb80903e.

Fuser had already been updated in rev 7648408b580597b03a29c6446f0bf0fa8e371727,
however the PR hadn't been increased so the change wasn't propagating out.
Updated the PR in 52356cfd20af235f30558704b52a4d16da2fdaec

So still needing an update is: find(findutils) and patch.
