The script basicaly fails (in my case) when it tests to see if the cross libc
is allready compiled.
Once this test fails it then returns an empty string as the parameter to the
ICC_VERSION causing all the torubles.

I have spend the last few days trying to get icecc.bbclass working and i will
push the changes once i do some more testing.
