[oe] Wiki: Interwiki links from at least main page incorrect

Dear Wiki admins,


clicking for example on Mailing lists on the main page [1] of our Wiki,
instead of [2] it points to [3] which is not available.

Since the main page has not been changed, I guess something else in the
installation is not working.
