this 'k' issue isn't a bug, it's purposedly implemented by the app-launcher:
    on the real device in our hand, the 'Home' button on the keypad is translated to 'k' (using xmodmap) so when 'Home' button is pressed, a 'k' press event is sent to app-launcher which acts to bring up homescreen, hence hiding the running application.

	    hello every one! I have downloaded the GPEPhoneDemo-vmware-0.92, and I could run it in the vmware, my OS of host machine is ubuntu 7.04.now my problem is that it can not receive the "k" key(lowercase) correctly, when a "k"  key is pressed the phone desktop turns to front immediately and make current process to be hided.
	    could anyone tell me how to solve this problem? even giveing me some advice is welcome.
