In a Fedora Core 3 PC, with the latest version of Scratchbox includes the following packages:

|-- scratchbox-toolchain-host-gcc-1.0.7-i386.tar.gz
`-- scratchbox-toolchain-i686-linux-ct4.1.0-2.3.6tls-1.0.4-i386.tar.gz

When using the toolchain and rootstrap, with a simple test:

[sbox-NEO: ~] > gcc --version
sbox-arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-gcc (GCC) 4.1.2
Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO
warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

[sbox-NEO: ~] > cd source/
[sbox-NEO: ~/source] > gcc -o hello hello.c
[sbox-NEO: ~/source] > ./hello
FATAL: kernel too old
[sbox-NEO: ~/source] >

Do you have any idea on how to solve it?

ah sorry, I forgot to mention that you must not install the Scratchbox C
libraries in the target. You should be able to fix this by installing the
rootstrap again.
Something like  'sb-conf rs
/tmp/angstrom-2007.9-test-20070913-arm-sbox-gpe-rootstrap.tar.gz' should do the
trick.
