Looks like a valid solution, that makes it quite clear which setting influences
which visible bit.

Maybe it would be useful just to merge these directories into a single one such
as "launcher".

That's true... even if it is quite common to have a subdirectory with the
application name in this context it might be good to keep the theming files for
these different visual components separately.
