for some reasons accessing it with the web browser does not work. But I guess
that's not what you want anyway.

You can check latest sources in this way:

svn checkout http://projects.linuxtogo.org/svn/gpe/trunk/base/libxsettings-client


or get a release archive from:
http://gpe.linuxtogo.org/download/source/
