[Gpephone-devel] libsettings

Hi,
    As discussed with Florian onwards, I wrote the libsettings for
setting application preferences. For this moment, it's just a mere
wrapper of Gconf with simpler and more straightforward interfaces. The
goal of this setting library is to provide a upper wrapping layer for
different backends, say Gconf, xsettings etc. 
    Large improvements are needed in terms of interface design and the
internals.
