Hi, Florian,

Well done!
Can we extent the hotkeys in gpe-application to other applications? such as voice call which also need to address some hotkeys. My suggestion would be:
1. A global hotkey configuration file are defined which contains all the hotkeys used by all the applications
2. hotkeys.c/hotkeys.h are extracted as a library which can be used by all applications

BTW, What does it mean the "hold" key word in the hotkeys.conf?
