Always a fan of bling :)

Honestly, that was my only real attraction to the iPhone, the bling.  
And if they hadn't locked it down so tightly, I probably would have 
jumped at one (yes, I know it has already been cracked, it is more the 
attitude of the companies that turns me off to it)

There is some interesting discussion on the OpenMoko wiki around using 
the multi-touch nature of the screen (for the Neo1973) as well, that has 
certain bling elements - I think the page is called Spell Weaving - 
mostly theoretical at this point, but could be very cool (and is what 
apple is using for the zoom in/out feature IIRC)

Does GPE support any form of multi-touch?  Could it be easily extended 
to, or would this be a significant change? (just thinking about 
pointers/bindings and such - it isn't really a desktop paradigm at all)
