the list is based on the Wiki, but it only contained the most important
techchnical tasks. The base for refining the list should be the functional
requirements. This will help not to loose track on the essentials: Once we have
a working base we always can add more features.

Ok sure, I'll go ahead and work on a functional and technical specification of
