[Gpephone-devel] Why not create a Chinese mailing list

Hello,

Recently I have got several inquires from Chinese manufacturers for
lauguage issues, which prevents them evaluating and adopting G(PE)^2. 

The idea here is to create a Chinese mailing list which also should
involve existing key contributors of G(PE)^2 to consolidate and transfer
the questions/contributions to the project. 

Any comments?
