I guess it makes sense for at least a major share of the list. Some of the
information can be filled in by the people evaluating these tasks.
Have several options to do this - we can just link to subpages in the wiki and
enter information there. Another option would be to try to use the GForge
built-in task manager for that purpose. That one is not that easy to follow like
the wiki and only makes sense if it is really used, but it can be  useful to
document progress and status of the tasks.
