Well, of course that would be welcome!

Though the project itself is not that much concerned about the kernel
but we need a running kernel to get the rest of the stack up and running.

At the moment the situation is that we lack any kind of hardware
platform that we could use. There are some potential targets that could
be made one but those still need a lot of - tata - kernel work ;)

I am thinking here especially about the HTC devices but also other
devices like the Motorola EZX devices come to mind.

Personally I would also not mind at all to add a "system" section to the
project which would care a little about supporting concrete hardwares.
So if you would like to take a lead here it would be more than welcome!
