yes sure, that section in the Wiki is not yet complete anyway.
I will add some more detailed information there.

This is the build target that defines the Scratchbox SDK rootstrap package (in
this case the  generic-dev-i486-sbox-sdk-20070410.tar.gz). The file
org.openembedded.dev/packages/meta/meta-sdk-sbox-gpe.bb contains the definitions
of this target.
